Set up offices in New York to market Jol in the USA, UK and Canada. Worked with Carus UK -(now Computer Associates), SPL UK, and others to market Jol.

Installed and modified Jol for Amoco. As part of the process, trained approximately 150 users.

Shell Oil Company of Australia

Trainee through to Senior System Programmer.

As a Trainee Programmer, assisted in the design and implementation of Shell’s Account Receivable programs on English Electric Leo Mainframes.

As Senior Programmer and Project Manager with an assisting team of five programmers, designed and implemented a Data Base of program variables to show the flow of data through all the Shell programs.

As Senior System Programmer, designed and implemented the equivalent to the world's first “Zip” program for Source Code.

Generally specialised in performance improvements for the IBM Mainframe.

Designed and developed the Jol Computer Language.

As a Trainee Programmer developed a Share Registry system using ICL 1900 Assembler language, PLAN.

Developed a System Utility to speed the loading of computer programs from Magnetic Tape. This utility resulted in a 100-fold performance increase.
